Engineering procurement for Tina Hydro power project signed

October 1, 2019. An Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract was signed in Honiara concerning the Tina River Hydro Power Project.

A statement from Tina Hydropower Limited (THL) confirmed, the signing was held between THL and the Hyundai Engineering Company Limited.

It says, EPC generally stands for the turn-key contract engineered, procured and constructed by the construction company.

Vanuatu Utilities Company Operates In TORBA Headquarter

September 30, 2019. Sola, as the provincial headquarter of TORBA province has been developing or upgrading slowly for the last 37 years of the initial establishment of local government councils in Vanuatu in 1983.

During the last 24 months was the initiation of the water system and talks are currently underway for the upgrade of the water system.

27th September, 2019 In accordance with the Exchange Letter signed on November  1st , 2018 by and between the Government of Tonga and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on the proposed Grant of Tonga Wind Power Project (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”), a delegation from China Energy Engineering Group Hunan Electric Power Design Institute Co., LTD., entrusted by Chinese Government, has been conducting preliminary engineering survey  in Tongatapu for the implementation of the Project since late August.
