This report presents the preliminary count of all the population residing in Samoa as collected during the census enumeration period which was conducted from the 18th of October to the 6th of November 2021.

Purpose: The aim of this paper is to provide a comparison of electricity prices paid by customers in Vanuatu with customers in different small Pacific island countries across region.
