Invitation for Bids: TREP-03 Renewable-based hybrid systems and mini-grids on outer-Islands under Tonga Renewable Energy Project

The Tonga Power Limited and the Ministry of Meteorology, Energy, Information, Disaster Management, Environment, Climate Change and Communications has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Green Climate Fund (GCF) toward the cost of the Tonga Renewable Energy Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract: TREP-03 Renewable-based hybrid systems and mini-grids on outer-Islands. Procurement rules and procedures of ADB will govern the bidding process.

RFQ: Review of the Regional Certificates in Resilience (Levels 1-4)

Development of a Regional E-Mobility Policy and Program for the Pacific Island Countries and Territories (PICTs)

The Pacific Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency  (PCREEE) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) seek consultancy support for the development of a regional electric mobility (e-mobility) policy and program for the region of Pacific Island Countries and Territories (PICTs). Both documents will be presented for consideration at the Fourth Pacific Regional Energy and Transport Ministers’ Meeting, scheduled to take place end of September 2019 in Apia, Samoa.
