Lusia He Lotu Lelei Hui

The PCREEE is pleased to welcome Ms Lusia He Lotu Lelei Hui who is the Administration
Officer and Program Assistant for PCREEE that was effective on 1 st August 2024. Ms Hui
was a part-time student in the University of South Pacific and just graduated last year 2023
from the University majoring on Information Systems and Management minor Computer
Science. Ms Hui was the former Assistant Secretary and Personal Assistant to CEO for
Ministry of Public Enterprises for 10 years. She was responsible for managing, developing
high quality of services for the office of the CEO.
She is responsible for the PCREEE’s financial and admin matters based in Nukualofa,
Tonga.
It is an honour to collaborate with this team on this project, Pacific Centred for Renewable
Energy and Energy Efficiency, and to learn more new innovations and experiences.
