Review of Tuvalu Electricity Corporation Base Tariff Final Report

This report was prepared by Ridway Capital Projects for the Pacific Islands Applied Geoscience Commission (SOPAC). The purpose of this report is to provide recommendations on a tariff structure that will identify the long-term revenue requirements of the Tuvalu Electricity Corporation (TEC) and to recommend a base tariff that allows the utility to operate in a commercially sustainable manner.
