Pacific Islands Energy Policy and Strategic Action Planning (PIEPSAP) : Improved development and management of national energy sectors. The PIEPSAP Project PIEPSAP has
progressed now to a point where vertical national integration and horizontal regional integration becomes clearly visible. By way of example of vertical integration the policy
development has been followed by strategic action planning which in turn identified practical activities such as support for GIS development, electrcity tariff review and project development activities in the area of small-scale hydro, etc.
