KEMA Inc has been awarded by the Pacific Power Association (PPA) in Fiji to carry out a project called “Quantification of Energy Efficiency in the Utilities of the U.S. Affiliate States
(Excluding US Virgin Islands)”. Attached in this report are 2 reports produced for the Guam Power Authority (GPA):

1. GPA Final Report - Report summarizes the study results for GPA
2. GPA Electrical Data Handbook - Containing all the electrical characteristics of the power system high voltage equipment for each of the utilities.
