KEMA was asked by the Pacific Power Association (PPA) to conduct an energy efficiency study titled: “Quantification of Energy Efficiency in the Utilities of the U.S. Affiliate States (excluding US Virgin Islands)” for the 10 Northern Pacific Island Utilities .
