Cook Islands Investment Corporation Act 1998

This Act was prepared by Cook Islands Government. This Act may be cited as the Cook Islands Investment Corporation Act 1998. An Act to establish a Cook Islands Investment Corporation and to make provision for the control and management of statutory corporations and to manage and facilitate the disposal of assets.
