Cook Islands Import Levy Amendment Act 1978-1979

This act was prepared by the Cook Islands Government. It is an act to amend the schedules to the import levy act 1972. This act may be cited as the Import Levy Amendment Act 1978-79 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Import Levy Act 1972. This act shall come into affect on and as from the date it is assented to. The First Schedule to the principal Act is hereby repealed and the first Schedule to this Act substituted in its place.
