Cook Islands Energy Act 1998

An Act to constitute the Energy Division of the Ministry of Works, Energy and Physical Planning. This act was prepared by the Cook Islands Government. This act may be cited as the Energy Act 1998. This act shall be deemed to have come into force on a date to be appointed by the Queen's Representative by Order in Excutive Council. 1998, No.18.
