Annex 1 to the TOR of the consultancy contract between SPC and Garai Gafiye. This is a short term consulatncy to assist SPC develop the updated PNG country FAESP profile document. Template capturing required energy data to be obtained from PNG Power Limited, Communities and small scale Renewable Energy Technologies and Private Institutions.
