REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - Consultant to facilitate the implementation of the EU-PacTVET project in the Kingdom of Tonga

The Pacific Community (SPC) would like to invite interested qualified bidders to submit quotations to provide support for the European Union Pacific Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Sustainable Energy and Climate Change Adaptation (EU PacTVET) project to facilitate the implementation of the project and further the aims of the Pacific Regional Federation of Resilience Professionals (PRFRP) in the Kingdom of Tonga.
