Procurement of: Design, Supply and Installation for 700kW Solar PV Facility and 1MW/1MWh Energy Storage System

The Tuvalu has received a Grant from the International Development Association (IDA) in various currencies towards the cost of Design, Supply and Installation for 700kW Solar PV Facility and 1MW/1MWh Energy Storage System.  It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Design, Supply and Installation for 700kW Solar PV Facility and 1MW/1MWh Energy Storage System.

The Tuvalu Electricity Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of the design, engineering, planning, procurement (manufacturing/supply), construction/erection, testing, commissioning and two years of operation and maintenance support of 700kW grid-connected Solar PV facility and 1MW/1MWh Battery Energy Storage System (ESS) in Funafuti, Tuvalu (“the Facilities”). International competitive bidding will conducted in accordance with the Bank's Single-Stage Bidding Procedure.

on or before 10:00 am on May 30, 2018 and must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
