PacTVET Consultancy - MEL Data Consultant

The EU-PacTVET project is seeking a consultant to manage the monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) data for the project. Please find attached the TOR for the consultancy.

Closing date for submission of proposals is Friday 8 December 2017 at 3pm. All proposals are to be emailed to Ms Selemana Soqe (selemanas@spc.int).
