Mr. Luc Asselin de Williencourt, Deputy Permanent Representative of France to the Pacific Community and to the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme with the Manager of the PCREEE - 14/01/20

The PCREEE was honoured to host Mr. Luc Asselin de Williencourt, Deputy Permanent Representative of France to the Pacific Community and to the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme, at its Nuku’alofa Office.

Mr. Williencourt was on a brief tour on 14 & 15 January to learn about the PCREEE and the sustainable energy developments in Tonga and in the region too.

France was once a lead player on renewable energy in the region and there is hope that this mission would lead to some new collaborations on renewable energy in the region.
