The second meeting of the Steering Committee for the Pacific Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (PCREEE) Steering Committee (SC) was held on 12th December 2017 together with the 8th Meeting of the Pacific Energy Advisory Group and the Workshop on Accelerating Renewable Energy Deployment in Small Island Developing States from the 11th – 15th December 2017 at the Novotel, Suva, Fiji.

Framework for Resilient Development in the Pacific: An Integrated Approach to Address Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management [FRDP] 2017 – 2030

Executive Summary - Climate change exacerbates the magnitude and impacts of climate variability and some natural hazards. This compendium showcases programmes and projects from across the Pacific region that address climate change and disaster risks, through climate change adaptation (CCA), disaster risk management (DRM) and/or greenhouse gas emissions reduction.

Regional Solid Waste Management Initiative for the Pacific (2012)

Executive summary: Pollution and the growing volumes of solid and hazardous wastes are major threats to the environments and sustainable development of the Pacific Islands. Globalisation is accelerating the transition of Pacific communities towards consumer economies, with increasing urbanisation, migration and participation in international trade. MINUTES OF THE INAUGURAL MEETING OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE PACIFIC CENTRE FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY APRIL 2017

The inaugural meeting of the Steering Committee (SC) of the Pacific Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (PCREEE) was held on 25th April 2017 during the Third Pacific Regional Energy and Transport Ministers’ Meeting  at the Tanoa International Dateline Hotel, Nuku’alofa, Tonga.
