New website of the STARC project

Visit the new website of the STARC project jointly implemented by the International Solar Alliance (ISA), UNIDO and the Global Network of Regional Sustainable Energy Centres (GN-SEC) with funding of the Government of France.

The project aims to strengthen regional quality and certification frameworks for solar photovoltaiks and solarthermal products and services in the EAC, ECOWAS and Pacific island region. Quality infrastructure is a prerequisite for a sustainable uptake of solar energy markets in the Global South.

The project is jointly executed in partnership with ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE), PCREEE and EACREEE.
