Petroleum Mining Act [Cap 134] 1988 Edition. Chapter 134. An Act to make provisions relating to the issue of exploration licence and petroleum agreement with regard to exploration, prospecting and mining for petroleum in the Kingdom of Tonga and to provide for matters connected therewith. This Act maybe cited as the Petroleum Mining Act.
