Ms Estrellita Fulivai is the Pacific Islands’ Coordinator for the Solar Technology and Application Resource Centre (STAR-C).  She is contracted by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) and housed at the PCREEE. One of her tasks is to integrate the works of the STAR-C with that of the PCREEE and related events in the region.   

She has been engaging in development interventions under various government agencies in Tonga. She served as a Project Manager for Water Resource Management and recently as a Project Consultant, specializing in Environmental and Social Safeguards, Gender, Climate Change and Monitoring and Evaluation. She has also been involved with implementing solar PV mini-grids (off-grid) in the outer islands of Tonga in the last 5 years.
