Rarotonga Environment Act 1994-1995

This act was prepared by the Cook Islands Government. This act may be cited as the Rarotonga Environment Act 1994-95. This act shall come into force on the 1st August 1995. An Act to establish the Tu'anga Taporoporo and to provide for the conservation and management of the environment of the island of Rarotonga in a sustainable manner. 1994 - 1995, No.39.
