  1. Component 1-  EU-GIZ ACSE Programme administered by GIZ
  2. Component 2 - Energy Catalytic Component, managed by selected PICs and partly co-funded by ADB and NZ Government
  3. Component 3 - TVET on SE & CC managed by SPC in partnership with USP.
