The Pacific Community (SPC) would like to invite interested and qualified bidders to submit quotations for a Sustainable Energy Instructor (SEI) to assist the Tonga Institute of Science and Technology (TIST) in Tonga with the accreditation of the National Certificate on Sustainable Energy Levels 1 and 2 (NCSE L1 & 2) with the Tonga National Qualification and Accreditation Board (TNQAB), and to deliver / teach them at TIST.
